HOW-TO CLEAN YOUR WINDOWS XP/VISTA
PC
|
The
average home PC user,
doesn't know how to maintain
there PC's. Most trust the
programs that are
preinstalled on there PC's.
If they knew what PC Tech's
know, they wouldn't waist
there money on those over
priced junk PC's on
Wal-Mart, shelves. The
protection software included
with Windows, on new shelf
computers (i.e. Windows
Defender, One Care, Norton,
Semantic, and McAfee), I
wouldn't give to my worst
enemy. They are useless! All
the preinstalled protection
software is intended to do
one thing, supply the
software companies with more
money. By giving you a free
license to use the software
for 30 days to a year, then
bang, THEY GOT YA! You have
to pay for updates or to
resubscribe. And to top it
all off, they don't stop all
of today's known viruses,
addware, spyware, and
malware.
In
Today's world, it's a
good idea to clean your Windows
OS, by removing junk "Anti"
programs that are useless. It's even
more important to secure it
with
a good Antivirus program.
You'll also need a good
AntiMalware,
AntiSpyware,
and a AntiAdware programs.
Here I will recommend and
help you choose programs
that will help you clean and
secure your Windows PC. |
|
No
matter what you want to do,
you need to keep Windows,
infection free! (To keep it
in perfect working order so
you can do what you want to
do). |
|
1.
Lets choose the best
antivirus program:
(Install Help)
| Use any
antivirus
program of your
choosing but I,
Recommend:
Avira's, Free
Antivir Personal
Edition.
Note:
If you have any
other antivirus
programs
installed, you
will need to
uninstall them
in Add & Remove
Programs, before
installing
Antivir! DO
NOT, install
more than one
antivirus
program! You may
need to run a
software removal
tool to fully
remove some
antivirus
programs.
Some well
known antivirus
removal
tools:
AVG,
Kaspersky,
Norton,
McAfee XP, and
McAfee Vista. |
